I’m planning on having a dinner party with a fall theme as the days have become much cooler here in New England. Most the table decor I am planning has a lovely neutral gold and cream color scheme. I wanted to include napkin rings in this tablescape but I only have silver ones and if your getting more then six or eight of them it can add up quickly, so decided to DIY and make some.
I found this tutorial on wire napkin rings and loved the idea but wanted them to be styled a little more organic, reminiscent of a birds nest. I used the tutorial but instead used thinner wire that was more pliable. I wrapped it about 10x around a similar sized object (I used a can of bug spray) and then pulled the sides a bit and bent the wires to make a little messier. This DIY was inexpensive, super easy and all you really need is the wire and little clipper tool. I bought the wire at Walmart in the craft section for about $3 and made about 6-7 napkin rings depending on how many times you wrapped it around. These napkin rings are sure to add a little glimmer to your table while being budget friendly at the same time for when you want a different look or have a large amount of guests.
